Business networking opportunities

How does the Speed Business Mixer work?

1 - Ice breaker at the tables:

Participants will be divided into groups based on their profiles to facilitate introductions.
Each participant will have about 2 minutes to present themselves.
At the end of each session, participants will move to a new table.
The number of sessions (3 or 4) will be decided by the organizer depending the number of participants.
Table agendas will be provided by the organizer on the day of the event.
This phase will conclude after the final table session.

2 - Informal Networking during the Cocktail Reception

After the Ice breaker at tables, participants will continue the free networking during the closing cocktail, allowing further connections in a relaxed atmosphere.
