1. Ice breaker at the tables (14:30 – 15:00)

• Participants will be divided into groups based on their profiles to facilitate introductions.
• Each participant will have about 2 minutes to present themselves.
• At the end of each session, participants will move to a new table.
• The number of sessions (3 or 4) will be decided by the organizer depending on the number of participants.
• Table agendas will be provided by the organizer on the day of the event.
• This phase will conclude after the final table session.

2. Informal Networking during the Cocktail Reception (15:00 – 16:00)

• After the Ice breaker at tables, participants will continue the free networking during the closing cocktail, allowing further connections in a relaxed atmosphere.
